Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)


Catherine has been with IMDA since 1991.   Her current portfolio is to spearhead the deployment of infocomm technology among SMEs. She leads a team defining strategies, identifying initiatives and programmes for the different sectors. Prior to this, she was part of the Singapore e-Government effort that has helped Singapore to consistently win international accolades, such as in the Accenture e-Government rankings. She was the key-driver behind the first-in-the-world metric tool, iGROW (iGov Self Improvement Framework) Singapore government agencies to assess their infocomm maturity. Over the spear of her career, she had led the successful implementations of many large scale cross-agency projects in various government agencies

Mr Rushdi Ramli
Founder, Frozi Pte Ltd


Rushdi started Frozi Pte Ltd in November 2013. A trip to a frozen yogurt shop with his daughters inspired him to venture into the business of providing the best-tasting halal frozen yogurt. Today, Frozi is capable of serving its own pre-packed frozen yogurt in 9 different flavours with over 40 different toppings to choose from.
Prior to this, he was a senior technical officer specialised in handling kitchen equipment for airline catering and hotel industry for over 25 years.
